This expertly crafted Military Saber, based on the historical M1876 Dutch Saber, is designed for advanced practitioners of HEMA of military sabre fencing. Hand-forged from high-quality 51CrV4 steel (equivalent to AISI 6150), both the blade and guard provide excellent durability and performance, making it a reliable choice for sparring and practice.

The blade features forged fullers and a distal taper from 8 mm at the guard to 3 mm just before the widened point, offering a balance of strength and flexibility. Both the long edge and back edge are 2-3 mm thick and rounded, ensuring the blade is safe for HEMA practice while maintaining a realistic feel.
